I tried to get my sunglasses a few hours ago at the Charlotte Russe store in the mall and two different employees knew nothing about it and when I printed out the Seventeen homepage, it did not say anything about it, did I misunderstand something? Oh, duh, now I see finally, starts May 5th, guess I’ll go back that day now!

I went to Charlotte Russe today…with Seventeen.com homepage print out ,but they told me to bring the seventeen magazine coupon…they didn’t accept the print out…..

I went today and got the sunglasses. I printed the homepage, but I shrank it to 30% so I wasn’t using so much ink, and it was tiny. The first girl took it and told me to pick out glasses, and I asked her if I could chooses any glasses, and she asked another employee. She looked at the printout and said it has to have a coupon, and I told her there was no coupon on the homepage, or in the magazine ( I did look in the mag @ walmart before going) and she read the thing they had taped at the register that was cut out of the magazine, and she said “well, you’re right, this doesn’t say anything about a coupon, I don’t know why our home office told us you have to have a coupon to get it.”, so Gowri, you may want to call or go back up there, b/c there is no coupon. The glasses are huge colored glasses, they look like glasses from the 70’s, and you can see straight through them, no darkness at all. I like my glasses to look like a night with no moon when I look through them, so it may not even be worth the trouble if you wont like the glasses.

I went to go get my sunglasses and had no problem. The nice thing is that they give you back your magazine cover. On the magazine cover is says free sunglasses for you. I also took in the print out of the homepage. I was suprised at the low turn out in my area. Although the sunglasses that they gave were pretty chinsy and I would honestly say not worth going to get.

I got my sunglasses also today. They are definitely not worth a special trip. I was going to the mall and decided to give it a try. I do think they will great for the beach.

I was really disappointed in the glasses they had, but I did find one in a $0.99 clearance bin that were pretty cool. I showed my roommate when I arrived home and she liked them so much, I let her have them (I would never wear them). I may go back and get a couple pair, since they are pretty inexpensive.
