It says to use a Walgreens coupon at Rite Aid? Can you do that?

According to the coupon database (I don’t have the coupon booklet myself), the coupon is a manufacturer’s coupon that can be used at any store, not just Walgreens.

I’m new at this and a little confused… How do you get these coupons?

Most coupons are in the Sunday coupon inserts each week and are listed with the insert type like RP for Red Plum and the date the coupons were in the newspaper. Other coupons are harder to find, like the Walgreens book, which can be found in Walgreens.

Thanks! I couldn’t find that last night since I thought it was there, but I was looking under Health Care instead of Personal Care. I have added it now.

SCR = Single Check Rebate. You can see all the rebates for July online on Rite Aid’s site. One rebate listed is for the Compound W and the other is for the Wartner brand.

The Softsoap Body Wash coupon says Manufacturer Coupon on one side and on the other side says instant value coupon good at Walgreens. But it does not say use at Walgreens only, so will Rite Aid take the coupon?

    Rosalind,

On the back of the softsoap coupon it states that it is “reedemable at any food, drug, discount and other store accepting coupons.” This is a manufacturers coupon so you should be good, just show cashier the back if she questions it :)

Thanks, Lisa! I was going to ask what the UPC looked like (because RA coupons will often say manufacturer’s coupons and then have the special RC48 or RC49 UPC), but it sounds like it really should be redeemable anywhere.
