It is a Single Check Rebate – which is basically a rebate from Rite Aid. There are many different rebates (SCR’s) listed on Rite Aid’s site and in the SCR booklet that is published each month, but you can only request your rebate check once per month (so you want to wait until the end of the month to make your request). You can enter your receipt information online, so there are no stamps required and nothing to mail in.
