Ok thanks for clearing that up! I read in one spot that they update them on Thursdays but in another area I read they update them on Sundays. Do we know when the best “time” to start looking is?

They never give us a time. It’s been as early as 8:00 p.m. EST on Thursdays or as late as 4:30 a.m. EST Friday mornings, but this is the first time they’ve updated on a Sunday so who knows?

Yeah…it has gotten increasingly hard to get ANY good coupons with the hackers and crazies out there. But if you are there at the exact right time, there’s still a chance! I would start checking in during the day on Sunday, but really get serious in the evening if it hasn’t updated yet.

***Help stop hackers from getting all the coupons and selling them on eBay***
Option 1 – Get on ebay and mark every old navy weekly coupon as invalid. If enough people mark an item as invalid then it gets removed. If enough items for an individual get tagged then their account gets suspended.
Option 2 – Get on ebay an buy as many coupons as you can afford. Then once the coupons do not arrive in the mail (sellers have to legally mail the original coupon) report the sale as item not received and get your money back. What you do with the email version of the coupon every seller sends is not my concern.
Always report the coupons as violations. Remember to also report completed sales as invalid items. If enough people get involved it might become more of a problem for the sellers to the point they will no longer hack all the coupons. Worst case – it won’t hurt.

I was able to get some great items last weekend with the 50% off clearance items- I thought it was too good to be true, so I had to ask 2 different sales associates! :) I got a pair of jeans for myself for only $6- now that is a great deal! (there is a lot of kids clearance items, too)

I’m so confused! I’m new to DSM site to begin with so it’s all pretty new, but I’m eager to figure out how to use the Old Navy Weekly website. I don’t understand the whole “hunt for a coupon” thing and would love to figure out the whole system before Sunday to try and obtain a $75/$100 coupon!! I tried to go back and read the previous blogs and posts but am still lost. Can anyone help??

Rebecca, no one knows where they’re going to hide the coupons before the site updates. Generally there are a number of people that use the comments section of the post that I put up to help each other find the coupons when they’re released. I stopped in the NYC Soho location during my lunch break today. They had the 50% clearance sale going on…there sure wasn’t much clearance left! I didn’t pick up anything that was on sale, but it was all still a great deal. I’d love the 75/100, but it’s doubtful I’d ever find one.

The additional 50% off clearance sale ends on Saturday. There are some great deals but make sure you check your receipts, I had a few errors on mine :(

since the current coupons are good through Saturday, does that mean they’re updating the site on Saturday night, or Sunday night? From the posts I read so far, it sounds like you guys think it’s coming on Sunday sometime, but if they’re keeping in tradition of how they’ve done it before, it updates on the night that the current coupons expire which would be on Saturday night … anybody have answers or thoughts?
