You go to TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then DELETE COOKIES…it may vary depending on what browser you have though

I actually knit, so I can endure a little scratchiness if the sweater is actual wool. But thankfully, the ones I’ve been checking out at old navy seem to be pretty soft. I remember last year, after the holidays, they had cashmere sweaters for like, $20. This year, I’m going to watch for those, because I think a little cashmere would be nice for my wardrobe.

Nah, Norma, you’ll be fine. You might have to sign into some websites again, if you’re normally signed in all the time, but deleting cookies isn’t going to hurt your computer and you won’t lose anything vital.

It deleted your history of web pages, Norma, and if you have any passwords saved on any websites, but nothing vital to the performance of your computer.

I find knitting to be easier than crocheting. The best way to learn to knit is to find some yarn that you really love. Even if you mess it up, no one likes to practice with crappy yarn that they hate. That’s my totally unoriginal tip.

I have very little computer knowledge. Could someone tell me why new comments don’t just post. I have to keep hitting refresh every few minutes to read new comments. Can anyone help?

This is because this is a (I might be using the wrong term, but here goes) ‘static’ web page, not something like a chatroom. You have to refresh because it doesn’t update itself. It’s perfectly normal.

I got a text message saying that “Heather will be in the answer tonight” Don’t know what that means, but a pretty good clue!

Most of the time, Norma, if you have a pop-up blocker activated, there should be a little message at the top of your browser that says “blahblahsafetymeasure blocked popup ad.”

If you right-click on that, a drop-down menu should appear so you can quickly allow pop-ups from the old navy website. It’s usually pretty straightforward.

Twitter.com is like having a mini-blog, where you blog in 140 words or less. very easy to use. you can become a follower of someone else so you can see all their ‘tweets’

Hey guys, just wanted to throw something out there- Last week a few people (myself including) did not see the new page when Old Navy reset. Everyone was saying that they were seeing women with drinks and posters, etc but I didnt see any of that. If this happens, dont freak out. Just close out of the webpage and open a new one and you should be okay. I dont want you all to get as frustrated as I was last week.
    Good Luck to everyone!
