Hi D and Jenna – look in the left column of Wheat Thin’s wall (I had to scroll down a bit), but there is a heading that says “Coupon” and you can click on the box to print it out. I was able to click on it a second time to have it print out again –

I am leaving a comment about how I get in to shape. I lost 25 pounds 5 yrs a go and have managed to keep a lot of it off. I exercise 5-6 days a week with out fail. I jog and walk together 5 miles. This year they keep a log for us at the gym and I have walked and jogged 1000 miles. This is something you litterally have to make your self do and trust me once you get started and make a habit of it you will love it. I lost my weight through Weight Watchers and do have one of their scales at home so I can keep track of how I am doing. You have to watch your portions and of course the things that you eat. I dont deprive my self just watch my self and make sure I am staying on track. I ate a lot of Subway when I was dieting and still do . Anyway good luck to every one .

My way to get into shape is to go back and keep a log of my food and exercise. I stop doing that over the holidays just for a break but it is the best way for me to keep track of staying in shape. My family also got me the Biggest Loser for the Wii and I love it!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
