Mophie Juice Pack Air Giveaway (1 Winner!)

May 2, 2013 by Deal Seeking Mom

So I admit it — I’d be lost without my iPhone 5. It gets a workout every day, not just as a phone, but as a digital camera, MP3 player, and quick entertainment for my kids. I use it as a hotspot internet connection, to post when I’m not at home, to send email, and to track my Couch to 5k training. And that barely scratches the surface…

All of that activity can drain the battery pretty quickly, you know? I can’t tell you how many times I’ve arrived at a destination only to find that dreaded low battery icon showing without a convenient place to charge it up again. So I was super excited to try out the new mophie juice pack air for iPhone 5!

The mophie juice pack air is a protective case for the iPhone 5 that doubles as a backup battery — what a lifesaver! This little device adds up to 10 additional hours talk time on 3G, as well as:

  • up to 8 additional hours internet use on 3G; 11 hours Wi-Fi
  • up to 40 hours additional audio playback
  • up to 10 hours video playback

The iPhone 5 and the juice pack air charge together with the included micro USB cable. Plus the case is designed as a virtual speaker box to enhance the sound from your phone. Featuring a charge on demand switch so you can reserve the extra battery for when you really need it, the case has also been redesign to provide a faster charge to your iPhone 5.

Priced at $99.99, it’s a solid value for those who are looking for a highly protective case with backup battery capabilities. In fact, my husband fell in love with my case, so I had to order him one as well!

Today, one lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a mophie juice pack air!

I would call my daughter and not worry about my phone dying in the middle of the call like mine often does- or it at least would keep me from running to find the plug-in in the middle of the call.

We recently disconnected our landline to save money and we’re using our mobiles. Battery life is becoming an issue. I used to talk to my mother every morning, but I’m finding myself skipping because my phone is draining quickly. I would definitely use it to call her every morning, again.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
