I went to the Nordstrom in Irvine Spectrum to get my sample of Lancome Absolue Precious Cells and they told me that I need to bring the actual magazine page in to get this as it had some sort of bar code on it, so I told them that this is an e-mail I received and had no bar code and they told me that the lancome representive told them that it needs a bar code.
Nordstrom always has some sort of excuse not to give out the promotions. I have expereinced this many times.
Has anyone else had success in getting this sample?

I got mine yesterday with my print out , no problem at the Nordstrom South Bay. No you don’t need a bar code. Did you print out the link from here? I would call the store manager and complain and see what they say. I’ve found Nordstom to be very accommodating even when I’ve complained about something. Good Luck.

I called and complained this morning actually. they seemed accomadating and said that there should have been no issue as it is just a sample. They would put one aside for me. Let’s see how true to the word they are.

this is a good deal. the sample size i got was 0.5 oz, and a full size is 1.7 oz. the full size sells for $145, so that makes the sample worth about $45 right?
