Ladies Who Lunch Giveaway: Mario Batali or Elle Lunch Bag

December 3, 2008 by Tara Kuczykowski

Elle Christy Lunch BagIn my post the other day on seven easy ways to cut $1 or more out of your daily budget, I mentioned that packing your lunch on a daily basis is an excellent way to make huge impact on your budget. Brown-bagging it can get old and boring quickly though . . . until now.

Cosmoda sent me this adorable Elle Christy Lunch Bag, and it almost makes me wish I had an office job again just to be able to carry my lunch back and forth in it! I was surprised at how nice the quality is, and you’d totally never even guess it’s a lunch bag until you unzip it and see the insulated material inside. Both the interior and exterior wipe clean easily, and did I mention just how gosh darn cute it is?!?

Cosmoda wants to help you save money by packing your lunch and still look chic while doing it, so they’ve given me three adorable lunch bags to give away to three lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers!

Would you like to win one of these fabulous lunch bags? Just leave a comment telling me what your favorite well-rounded lunch is that you’d pack!

Every reader has three methods available to enter this contest. Choose one each of any combination of method one, two, or three for up to a total of 3 entries!!!

1. Leave a comment sharing what lunch you’d pack in this sweet little lunch bag!

2. Subscribe to my feed via RSS or email and leave a separate comment letting me know you have done so. If you’re already a subscriber, simply leave a separate comment letting me know you’re already subscribed. Lovin’ my subscribers! You guys make this all possible.

3. Spread the word about this contest in some manner and come back and leave a link in a separate comment. If you have a blog, you can blog about it. But if you don’t have a blog, you’re not at a disadvantage. You could review and Stumble it. You could Twitter it. (Use hashtag #lunchbags, please.) You could post about it in a forum. Use your imagination!

It is important that you leave a separate comment for each type of entry because each comment is equal to one entry. Sorry to harp on this, but it really is that important to tally and select the winner easily, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me simplify the process!

Prize:
1 of 3 Mario Batali or Elle Lunch Bags (ARV $20-$30)

This giveaway ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sunday, December 7th. I’ll use Random.org to generate a number that corresponds with the winning comment number and post the winner on Monday, December 8th. Good luck!

While you’re in a contest entering mood, don’t forget to check out the Giveaway Gathering for a variety of contests being hosted on Deal Seeking Mom readers’ blogs!

Our lunches are usually leftovers from the night before with a twist if possible. Baked chicken becomes a chicken fajita. We throw in some fruit and of course must have a bite of CHOCOLATE!

Turkey Wrap – Tortilla with a little pesto and your favorite lunchmeat and cheese, and some lettuce and tomato – avocado too if you like. It’s a delicious and healthy lunch all wrapped up and easy to eat. Add a bottle of water and some yogurt or fruit and you’re set!

We usually just carry whatever we had leftover from the night before. If we don’t have leftovers, we’ll have sandwiches, chips, or DH will make tuna salad.

I like to make a salad with all kinds of goodies in it the night before when I am preparing dinner. Throw in whatever protein I made that night for dinner and add a cup of yogurt and a piece of fruit for a good for you and economical lunch.

I’m a left over girl as well, then usually an apple or piece of chocolate something sweet to add to every meal. I like all 3 bags so any of them would be great! what a great idea.
