They also have Brut deo for $1! In the 4/5 SS, they were coupons for 55cents off making them 45 cents.

Just got back from Kroger and they had just marked down all the Pillsbury Easter Sugar Cookie and Chocolate Chip Break and Bake down to 0.25! I also had a coupon for Holiday Cookies 0.75/2. So, they were better than free and I loaded up to freeze some (exp. date on cookies 5/11/09).

Oops, sorry, Anne. I was just copying straight from Andrea’s deals, and she must have made a mistake. I’ll let her know. Thanks!

What can you freeze? Canned cookies, rolls, etc or just the packaged?

    Thanks!

I have only tried freezing the packaged break and bake kind. They thaw out and bake nicely.

My Kroger had the 40 count huggies wipes as part of the 10 for $10, which makes them a dollar a piece, and you don’t have to buy 10. Great for doubling the .50 off Huggies wipes and using the 1.00 off Huggies Bath and Body coupon.

Anne – I know some Kroger stores will take at 75 cent coupon and make it $1 (sort of like doubling) so maybe that’s what Andrea was thinking. There is a lot of variance between Kroger stores with this policy (mine only doubles up to 55 cents). On another note, I’m trying to figure out my (IL) Kroger ads. My ads run from Thursday to Wednesday, but I can’t figure out if the deals shown here should be for this week or starting Thursday? Anyone have any insite on this?

Today, I got several rolls of Bounty Basic paper towels, priced at $0.99 with the $0.25 Q (April P&G) tripled, they were $0.24 ea!!

You can also use the $0.50/1 Suave deodorant coupons (not sure which insert, but it was last weekend) and when doubled, makes the $1 deodorant free.

I guess the Green Giant veggie coupons from 4/5 were regional. My SS had a full-page Green Giant ad, but no coupons. Boo!

Oh, and if the Birds Eye veggies are $1 and the coupon is 0.35 (which gets tripled), this should be better than free, right?

The stores around here don’t triple, but if your store does, then yep, you get it free, Katy!

Shannon — I am in the same boat. Our Kroger here in Indiana runs Thurs to Weds. These are for the week coming up. Whenever everyone else posts their sales on Sunday, I know that means my sales will be in effect that Thursday (4 days later). Makes it great for seeing what sales are coming up and ordering coupons if I need to!
