Am I missing something on the Duracell?
    I took 1.88 x 11 minus the 11 – $1/1 Q’s, 1 – $1/1 upromise Q, and the $5 catalina and got $3.68 for 11 packs of batteries.
Still an EXCELLENT deal, but not free.

    Mandy,
I was looking at the battery deal. If the .75 coupon is doubled at your kroger, you would get 1.50 off per pack. This would make each pack .38. For 11 packs, it would be under 5.00, but you would get back 5.00 OYNO. Not sure if this is how it works, but it might be.

I was wondering the same thing about the battery deal.

I did this deal today and the Catalina machine is calculating the total based on the full prices of the items, not based on the sale price. You only have to buy 6 packs to get the $5.00 coupon back. This was a surprise to me. The regular price is 3.49 x 6 = 20.94. You actually only spend 1.88 * 6 = 11.28 to get the 5.00 back. Any coupons you have will lower the OOP and make the deal better. By the way, the PGesaver coupon is only valid on 6 packs or larger and does not work with this deal, since the sale items are only 2 and 4 packs.

    Terese,

That’s right. Because my store doubles, the total OOP ends up being $4.18, and then you get $5 back, making them better than free!

Hmm.But my store only doubles 3 coupons at a time…That’s just not fair!

I’ve never heard of a Kroger 2x or 3x more than 3 coupons at once!

    Terese,

Thanks! That makes sense… now if only my Kroger would double more than .50 cent coupons!! :)

The Towhouse Flipz coupon that I find is for $1.00/2. Can someone tell me where to find the $1.00/1? Thank you

my Kroger triples up 50 cents, so 50 cents is now $1.50 up to the value of the product. They will only do that with 2 like coupons. More than 2 is face value.

For example, 50 cents off yogurt and 50 cents off Dr. Pepper and 50 Betty Crocker potatoes will triple because they are all different coupons.

Amy…Yeah, that’s what I meant!!! I have a hard time making myself understandable when typing…LOL…My store does that with 3 like coupons…Which is good because I’ve heard some stores just do it to 1 like coupon…But the above looks like who ever wrote it, gets to use and have all battery coupons tripled
