But what sets the site apart is that all features are fully searchable making it easy to find the specific information you’re seeking! Registration isn’t necessary to use the site, but you get some great additional features when you register like the ability to send ecards and upload an unlimited number of milestones to keep your family and friends informed about your announcements.

Very neat site, but there isn’t much for my local area, only a few obituaries. I think as it grows it will get better.

I thought the site was very easy to navigate….the areas were interesting and the concept is interesting. No one has posted anything yet for my small town! :(

I like the concept of the site, but unfortunately for my little town, there wasn’t much info. Are “Events” supposed to be past or upcoming? If they were upcoming, this would be the best category for me. I would love to have one place to go and see upcoming events in my area – a “Things To Do”-type category. Another category that would be useful for me would be something like an “Children’s Adventure Day” (places to go in the area like zoos, u-pick farms, amusement parks, playgrounds).

Is there a place to see the source of the item? For example, my mom likes to read obituaries and if she knew that all the obituaries from the local paper were included, she would go to this site rather than read the paper. If she knew that the obits were only entered by people reading the site, she probably would stick to the paper.

I was very happy to see an Adoption category. As a mom-through-adoption, I would love to have been able to publicly announce the addition to our family in a similar way to birth announcements. Thank you to Hon, creator of the site, for remembering adoptions!

I love the news from local newspapers and the local weather. I’m bookmarking the site just for those.

Go, Hon! Wow, 11 children, 26 grandchildren! I feel like a total underachiever :) hahaha. I do have a silly question. I’ve always wondered, with that many grandchildren, honestly, do you have trouble remembering their names? It’s silly I know, but I’ve always wondered…..

Thanks for introducing me to such an interesting site. Great place to visit with my morning coffee. I’ll go back for sure!

Interesting site – easy to navigate. I tried for where I currently live and where my parents live. I live in a large city, so there was a lot of info. For my parents’ location (a smaller town), a lot of the info was pulled from communities that weren’t exactly nearby.

Tweeted and checked out the site. I don’t know many people where we live so I didn’t really care for the birth announcements etc. and there were no events for our area.

This was a fairly simple site to create a milestone.
If you would like to check it out go to 29485 search other post,
    Courage for Kayla.
    Watch her video here!
    https://www.wciv.com/news/stories/0509/624032_video.html

We are trying to keep all the family connected and updated to her status and being able to post it to multiple zip codes is very cool!

I did not like the fact that there is no spellcheck! I get going and typing and sometimes the fingers get a litte crazy! Please add this!!

Overall great site that I will enjoy using!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
