Perhaps you could consider something healthier for breakfast? Whole grain cereals, without added sugar, fresh fruit, veggie /cheese fritatta’s and omelets, whole grain blueberry pancakes, oatmeal.
There are so many creepy additives and preservatives in this stuff.
