woops! I just found out my pop up blocker was on and thats why the survey wouldn’t come up. When I took the pop up blocker off and clicked “my cetaphil” it took me right to the survey. If anyone is still having trouble, might want to check that

I joined the club last night, after not being able to find the survey. but this morning, after all the comments, realized how to take it, and i tlet me join again and get the coupon. I got an 8 oz lotion, for $8.97 minus the $5 coupon at walmart and at Kroger, they had the really big facial cleanser on clearnce for $5.19!! the cashier asked a manager if I could use the coupon, and she said yes. so I got the 2 things for a little over $4!!
Judy, the only thing that is less than $5 is the bar soap, and you can’t use the coupons on it. At Walmart, they had a 3 oz. lotion for $5.47, which was the next cheapest thing. Where ever you shop may have that for a just a little more. it’s good until May though, so you could always wait for a sale or a promo that offers ECB’s or register rewards

I took the survey and clicked on the “yes” when it asked me to join: it took forever for the next page to load – it was blank. How long does it take to get the email after taking the survey?

I could really use at least one of these coupons (hoping for 2…!)!!

Wow, it’s taking 5 minutes just to load the first survey page. I’m afraid to hit the refresh.

I finally got the survey to load. It took several attempts, but I was able to do other online stuff while it loaded. Once I was nearly done with the survey, there were some problems when going from question to question, but I refreshed the page and it finally finished. It took almost ALL DAY to get to the screen that indicated I would be emailed the coupons and …… I AM OUT OF INK!!!

This is a SLOW & painful process: I went back to the survey & tried again… the 2nd time I was able to make it all the way to the end. I’ve received the email, but when I try to download the coupon – I get the Service Unavailable message! I’ll keep trying!!

I finally got the coupon, it took forever. I had to turn my pop-up blocker off and it let me print the coupon.

I believe there’s a Cetaphil product for all skin types. I know that it’s routinely recommend by dermatologists because it’s gentle on the skin.

After two days of trying to access the site, I was finally able to and join the club. But no option for survey, or coupons? Just “thanks for joining the club. Return to Homepage.” Did I do something wrong, or does that mean the coupons are no longer available?

I can only get the $2 coupon but I tried to get the $5 one but they only sent me a “Welcome to the Cetaphil Club” email, but never a coupon. Did anyone else get this problem?

I had trouble too a few weeks ago when I tried to register. But this morning I saw that BJs has a store coupon https://www.bjs.com/member/coupons/display?sc_cid=SB20100316:42 for $3.50 off. I search my email and sure enough they had sent me the email AND I was allowed to print twice. This is excellent since BJs lets you use one MQ per “unit” in their packaging so in this case I can use the 2 $5 MQs and the BJs $3.50 SQ on the same purchase. Their online price is $18.99 for the daily facial cleanser so that would make it $5.49 for 2 20oz bottles. That’s incredible for me right now since I’m currently taking a break from the drugstore game.

Liz, this is an old post from February, so the high-value coupon probably isn’t available anymore.

I attempted to print the coupons, but they did not print. It did show the pictures of the computer and printer as if the info was being sent to the printer, but nothing printed. Can this be reset to allow me to try again?…or can coupons be mailed to me?
