The Harris Teeter in our area is unfortunately very rude when it comes to coupon promotions. They have it set up so that you can only get what the item is sold for off, which is fine but sometimes there machines misread coupons and it is next to impossible to get them to correct the problem.
I took my 2/1.50 coupons to walmart last week and paid .75 for the shells and cheese. Worth not having the hassle of Teeters!
