    I have an envelope full of receipts sitting on my desk that I need to go through so this would be great.

    I would scan receipts, recipes to get more organized, our medical records for us and for our dogs to keep better track, old magazine clippings I have saved over the years, as well as notes and presentations from professional trainings and work-related notes/documentation accumulated. So much to do with it!
