Hi ladies, Quality Health is a tricky one. Initially you have to answer a LOT of questions when setting up an account, but after that you should receive a monthly newsletter with a free sample. You click on the link in the email, fill out the short survey, and they’ll mail out your sample. They do come – it just takes a little work, so it may or may not be worth it to you. ;)
