Mycah, check your email. They should have sent a welcome letter and at the bottom is a link to get your free ball. You have to print the coupon and take it into Sears by 12/31/11 to redeem it. I wish I had known before signing up! Not likely I will get there before Sat.

    So here’s what I discovered:
    open an account
check your email (mine was in my junk box) for a “Welcome to FitStudio” email
Click on “Get it now” where it asks if you want your free stability ball
    Print coupon
Here’s the fine print, though: Coupon only good through Dec. 31 “redeemable at Sears stores only. Excludes outlet stores, home Town stores, sears appliance stores.”

I did this 2 days ago and haven’t received an email. I even emailed them and they haven’t responded.

I got it to work fine with no problems after going through the complete registration. Make sure you enter the promo code when signing up. The link to the ball coupon was at the bottom of the email in the welcome registration email from FitStudio. Thanks for posting!

Just got back from Sears with mine. FYI, the balls that are part of the promo are nordicTrack ones that are on sale for $10 something, originally $12.99.

Yes, if you get an Invalid Link page, x that page out and try the link from your email again and again, it will work! It took me about 10 times!

be careful when printing. i only have black ink in my printer and did not get the prompt that i normally get to change my documents to greyscale. i now have a coupon with a barcode only. i do not know if i can bring just the barcode to sears for redemption.

Thanks for posting this! I picked-up a yellow fitness ball this evening. AYV and Kate, I also got an error message the first few times I clicked on the link. Keep trying, it’s worth it :-)

I think that promo may be over because the coupon I had at the bottom of my welcome email was for 50% off 1-month FitStudio eTrainer package. :(

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
