I went down to Kiehl’s flagship store on third avenue on 11th street and was asked for some personal information before they would give me the free shave cream. I replied that I have been a victim of identity fraud and would prefer not to give out this info. I left the store empty handed and instead of a lifetime customer I am now disgruntled and promised to myself that I would never buy their overpriced crap. Screw you Kiehl’s!

I went to my local Saks store that carries this brand, they did not know anything about this promotion. Their buyer’s office in NY didn’t know anything either.
What’s the original source? Is it an email…they said they would work with me if I took the original email in next week….

It was an email from Kiehl’s; however, I don’t have the original. I believe it’s only good at actual Kiehl’s stores though.
