    So glad to hear that everyone is having the same problems that I am having- I was beginning to think it was operator error. Im beginning to wonder if it is really worth the trouble especially since we have to pay taxes and shipping!!! I guess Shutterfly lacks customers but this is no way to get new ones!!!!

    i have 2 coupons that i have been trying to redeem since August but it keeps detouring me to your photo album page. i would love to order an 8×8 family album before Christmas, but i cant figure how to get my pictures onto your site so ill have to wait til my son comes home for Thanksgiving. but in the meantime, how do i redeem the coupons for the free shopping bag and the free5x8 notebook. thank you kindly, maggie

    What a waste of my time!! Stop trying to put spins on your offers. We are tired of this nonsense!!! Your company has a good reputation, you shouldn’t stoop this low. It the old saying if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. So Be it with your shopping bag offer.
