I used Proactiv years ago & had quite a bit of trouble cancelling my subscription (got some “extra” shipments that I had to pay for). I have no idea if it’s still that way, but just a good reminder to be diligent about cancelling if you really only want the initial shipment.

I tried 3 times to order and it would not go through. Twice I tried to use PayPal and it just would not let me confirm the order. So then I tried to pay with my Mastercard and it told me some of my billing and shipping info was not complete and to try again later. All my info was present and correct so I don’t know if they ran out of the stuff or what but it sure got me aggravated!

They totally messed this up! I had same problem as Debbie. I never confirmed and decided to give up. Somehow today the order went thru but now I don’t get the Shop at home rewards. Had to call paypal and cancel everything. What a mess! Not going to do that again!
