FREE Kraft Food & Family Newsletter (Recipes, Coupons, More)

October 21, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 11 Comments

I’ve always loved the Kraft Food & Family magazine, but sadly they made the decision recently to change it to a subscription only format for $14 per year. I’m guessing it’s only a matter of time before those of us with subscriptions stop receiving them.

Luckily we can get the same great recipes delivered right to our inbox, along with tips, meal plans, and the occasional coupon! Now is a fantastic time to sign up because they have awesome holiday recipes.

Awww, I hadn’t realized they’d done that. I love their emails, though!

I loved that magazine! I doubt I would pay money for it though.

I like the magazine too and I’m still getting it for free…However, I don’t feel it is worth $14 for 4 issues for the year….unless there was a guarantee of good coupons each month! :)

Wow – I didn’t realized they’d changed that either – been getting it since Issue #1. But I have to agree – $14 for 4 issues a year is a ripoff. If they went monthly I *might* consider it – they have some good budget recipes and coupons on new release products. But as it stands now I guess I’ll just be getting those recipes online.

P.S. – Anyone try last issue’s recipe for Sloppy Tacos? 1lb ground beef browned/drained + 1 jar of salsa – serve on buns w/a slice of American cheese… my kids LOVE it – and it’s cheap! :)

$14 a year? I’ve been getting that magazine since at least 2002/2003 and now they want to charge for it? For four issues a year? I don’t think so. I can get 12 issues of Martha Stewart for $15 right now! Or 12 issues of Women’s Day for $8.99-9.99! Four measly little copies for $14? NOT.

I just received the latest issue & the renewal came with it. Says my subscription expires 12/10/10. I paid 13.98 on 9/17/10. It’s a great deal (2 yrs for $13.98)but I thought I had already paid for my subscription.I would like to keep getting the magazine but I’m not sure what I’ve already paid for. Can’t find a phone # anywhere or I would call & try to figure it out. Please help! Thank You, Nancy

The number is 1 800 521 4403 and you are paying 14.00 for 4 magazines that are less than a 100 pages with plenty of advertisement.the price in the magazine is 5.99 too expensive for what u get.

You’ve made some really good points there. I checked on the internet
to find out more about the issue and found most individuals will go along with
    your views on this site.
