I saw this offer on another website. This website stated you just need to bring in a copy of the cover of the March issue to get the free tank. Could someone please clarify so I dont miss out on this offer.

Kim, the official rules posted on their site say you can take in a printout of the seventeen.com homepage as well. If you think you might have trouble, I’d just print the rules to take with you also.

Darn it for the fine print – I saw on the official rules that you have to be between the ages of 13 & 29. Although I feel 29 (ha) I guess I’m out of luck. I wanted to get one for my neice’s birthday (she lives out of state). Oh well, maybe the next one!

I noticed the age too, and I don’t look quite my age, but I sure don’t look 29! LOL Guess I can’t get this either!

I got on the waiting list at my Aeropostale, and they called me today, I went out and bought the April issue, so I can pick it up tomorrow. I hope April is the right issue to bring.

I picked my tank up today. I just told the girl my name and she got it for me. It’s actually a really cute one, there is a picture of it in the magazine. I asked her if she needed to see the mag, and she said no, just my ID, I guess to make sure I was between 13-29. (I’m 24). I also saved $37 at Victoria’s Secert today with 3 differant coupons!!

I went to Willowbrook Mall in New Jersey. I showed them a printed homepage of http://www.seventeen.com and the girl handed over a tank top to me. She was really nice. Hope this is helpful.

I got my tank a few weeks ago. They were already running out of certain sizes about 2 days into the promo. I brought in a printout of the website and was at first told that was not adequate. The manager double checked somewhere/with someone and then said he would accept the printout.

Dont take no for an answer when an store tells you that you need a code to get the free tank top. I went to the mall to gather all my freebies and Aeropostale told me I needed a code, so I left tanktop-less. I called corporate an explained the situation (I told the store I would be back, hold the tank for me)and corporate called the store. Next thing I know, corporate called me back and told me they corrected the problem with the store being misinformed.(is that a word?) They UPS’d the tank next day. I nicely explained that I cant drive back, gas is $2 a gallon here. WOW

Yes, Karina, you just need to print a copy of the homepage. I don’t think it was ever advertised on it. However, I would definitely call first as it’s been nearly a month since this was originally posted. I’d hate to see you make a unnecessary trip!
