You may have seen the Dockers Men Without Pants commercial during the Super Bowl. It was all about men stepping up and wearing the pants – even though they weren’t!
Today, I’m giving away 5 pairs of Dockers Soft Khakis in either a classic khaki color or a cool red.
This is how it works: prove that men ARE wearing the pants and that #chivalryisnotdead – especially on Valentine’s Day. Leave a comment (and if possible, link to a pic) about what your guy did for you on Valentine’s Day and I will select 5 winners at random to receive a free pair of khakis!
You have to post by noon tomorrow (2/15), so don’t delay!
Every reader has four methods available to enter this contest. Choose one each of any combination of method one, two, or three for up to a total of 3 entries!!!
If you are reading this in your email or feed reader, please CLICK HERE to visit the original blog post to enter. Email entries will not be counted.
Methods of entry:
1. Leave a comment. What did your guy do to show that#chivalryisnotdead?
2. Share a picture. Leave a link to a picture of your man’s chivalrous Valentine’s Day act in a separate comment!
3. Tweet it. Share your V-Day surprise on Twitter, including the hashtag #chivalryisnotdead. Be sure to come back and leave a separate comment with the link to the tweet!

(5) pairs of Dockers Soft Khakis

My husband bought me tickets to the George Strait and Reba concert that is this Thursday. He says he also has a special dinner planned and already made plans for someone to watch our son that night. He also made breakfast and dinner on Valentine’s Day. He also got a card and candy for our son which I thought was so thoughtful.

My husband of 33 years brought me coffee, the paper and a handfull of lottery scratch offs. I love these things but they are a guilty pleasure on our budget. He had saved all the scratchoffs that he received as gifts in cards over the year. Our family likes to add a few to bday, Christmas cards etc.. How sweet, fun and thoughtful of him. And I won a few bucks to buy chocolate!

We don’t have much in the way of money ( we are both college students and have two daughters) so instead of gifts we went out to dinner without the kids on Saturday. Then Sunday I went to start loading the van up for church and he had cleaned my van for me! Nice surprise!

My hubby bought me coffee, the Sunday paper, and a kiss while I was still in bed. He wanted to take me out to dinner. But, since we’re on a budget, I nixed the idea. We enjoyed spending the day together just living life. It actually was a wonderful day.
