Enter to Win a Pair of Dockers Soft Khakis (5 Winners!)

February 15, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Dockers Khaki and Red PantsYou may have seen the Dockers Men Without Pants commercial during the Super Bowl. It was all about men stepping up and wearing the pants – even though they weren’t!

Today, I’m giving away 5 pairs of Dockers Soft Khakis in either a classic khaki color or a cool red.

This is how it works: prove that men ARE wearing the pants and that #chivalryisnotdead – especially on Valentine’s Day. Leave a comment (and if possible, link to a pic) about what your guy did for you on Valentine’s Day and I will select 5 winners at random to receive a free pair of khakis!

You have to post by noon tomorrow (2/15), so don’t delay!

+++++++++++++++

Every reader has four methods available to enter this contest. Choose one each of any combination of method one, two, or three for up to a total of 3 entries!!!

If you are reading this in your email or feed reader, please CLICK HERE to visit the original blog post to enter. Email entries will not be counted.

Methods of entry:

1. Leave a comment. What did your guy do to show that#chivalryisnotdead?

2. Share a picture. Leave a link to a picture of your man’s chivalrous Valentine’s Day act in a separate comment!

3. Tweet it. Share your V-Day surprise on Twitter, including the hashtag #chivalryisnotdead. Be sure to come back and leave a separate comment with the link to the tweet!

Prize:
(5) pairs of Dockers Soft Khakis

This giveaway ends at noon EST on Tuesday, 2/16 and is open to all U.S. residents 18 years or older. I’ll use Random.org to select the winning comment. Winner will be notified by email and listed on my Giveaway Winners page. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. Good luck!

My husband cooked a steak dinner with me for Valentine’s Day. It’s not gorgeous flowers but it was quality time and good food, the perfect end to a really exhausting week.

Well, some might not consider it romantic but my hubby spent 9 hours on V-day fixing his car! He saved us $1300 by not taking it to the shop!

My Sweet Valentine has been out of town for 3 weeks and not due home for another 2 weeks:( I went to bed Saturday night very sad knowing that my daughter and I would be spending Valentine’s Day without our favorite guy. A couple of hours into my slumber I was awoken by the sweetest, softest kiss and the smell of a rose tickling my nose:) My Sweetie surprised me and flew in for Valentine’s Day! We had a great night and in the morning I was yet again surprised by breakfast in bed…..So awesome! Then, When our daughter woke up we took her to the Zoo and a picnic in the park for some special family time:) Sadly, afterwords, we had to drop him off at the airport. Even though we didn’t get to spend the whole day together I feel very blessed to have gotten the time we did get with him……great memories!

I have the guy! I unplugged the crock pot with our beef strogonoff in it and bagan carrying it to the table. Somehow the cord was wrapped up in the other appliance cords and when I moved with the crockpot, it got pulled back like a sling shot. I lost me grip and the crockpot fell on the floor! Strogonoff splattered everywhere! My hubby cleaned it up, salvaged what he could and we ate it for dinner. He told me it was the best I ever made- now that is an amazing guy!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
