    I’d have to rent the carpet cleaner. I’m dealing with a lot of dirt and mud this year as we have recently moved to 8 acres!

    The item that would be a huge help to us is a pressure washer. Our DIY project for this summer is to repair and put a sealant on the deck. So this would speed up the cleaning part of the project.

    With $200 to spend, I would rent the carpet cleaner and be able to keep it for a week. I would have the time to move furniture, open my windows, and thoroughly clean my carpets and cushions.

    I would love to get the 2-man hole digger for my husband and brother. We have to put up a fence around our one-acre property. That’s a lot of holes to dig with a manual post-hole digger!
