I would rent a tile saw and get to work on the nasty old bathroom that has not been updated properly since the 20’s!!! [I think the previous owners forgot how to use caulk, so I am afraid of what lurks under my current shower materials–I think it is just sheets of hard plastic that were cut to fit and liquid-nailed to the studs :( Not so much a remodel as a lick-em-n-stick-em effort.]
