I’d have to say the tile saw – we are building our own home (and living in it while we do!) and are currently working on the bathroom.

I just recently subscribed to your RSS feed – thanks for all of the great information!

We are planning on doing a surprise makeover of some things in my mom’s kitchen. She is going to be gone for a month and we are going to do a lot of upgrades for her as a birthday present for her. This card would be amazing to help with the costs of this. The other thing that would be amazing is the dry wall lifter. we are going to be changing lighting in the ceiling which will require us to replace same of the ceiling. this would help so much to hold it up so we don’t have to do it!!! ;)

I could really use the carpet cleaner. My dog left me a present of vomit in my guest bedroom, projectile style in about 5 different places that is bright red. I really want the flooring stapler so I can just rip up my carpets altogether and put down wood floors!!!

I would rent a tile saw. My husband is remodeling our master bathroom by himself and we will need a tile saw when he tiles the floor.

It’s an air gun and compressor for me. I wouldn’t think of any DIY without one.

I am fixing to have to move my mobile home to another location. So while it is empty it would be a great idea to rent a Carpet Cleaner and give the whole place a good cleaning especially with 7 indoor cats! I was wondering if I could use it on them too, they lay around like a bunch of rugs!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
