I would say the plate compactor or the tile saw. We’re getting ready to install a deck and I’m doing a small patio underneath and we’re also tiling our kitchen floor.

The drum sander. My WHOLE HOUSE has heartwood pine floors and some neanderthal covered them up with bakalite tile stuck with TAR PAPER! ack ack ack!. Then on top of that, we have 3 layers of linoleum in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus the rest of the house is carpeted over the tile and lino!
    We SO need help!

DIY projects – aaaahhhh! I need to tackle so many after a year of neglecting the house thanks to our new daughter. I drool over the idea of using the hole digger and maybe a saw to put up a fence in the back yard so she can rumble around with the doggies and play in the sunshine. But the carpet cleaner is seducing my practical side – isn’t it amazing how toddlers and dogs can pretty much destroy your carpet? I worry they may even be getting a little stinky! Great giveaway – thanks for the opportunity!

There are so many that we could use, but I would probably pick the texture sprayer so we could finally finish our walls!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
