Still new to CVS-can I get the 3 ECB for every pack I buy in the same transaction or do I need to do two separate transactions (says limit to two) to get the 6 ECB? Thanks!

You can do them both in one transaction. Note you’ll get one $6 ECB, and not 2 $3 ECB’s. Not a big deal with these smaller amounts, but the bigger ones can be harder to spend if you get into CVS’ing and are looking to roll them over.

For those who have the Bayer Breeze 2 or Contour Meter $30 off exp. 4/30/10 (RP 10/25/09) or Contour Meter, you can make this sweeter! According to iheartcvs, they’re going on sale next week and you get $5 ECBs. Trans one, buy a meter, $0.00 + tax, earn $5 ECBs. Trans two, buy Pampers at $8.97. Use either coupon above, OOP $1.97 + tax… :) earn $3 ECBs.

I wonder if this deal works on Pampers Baby Dry too (not just Easy Ups and Cruisers)?

Yay for cheap Pampers! It seems like there are Huggies deals everywhere, but they just don’t work like Pampers for my son.

How do you find out about the deals so soon, just wondering if there is a site I can go to to take a look at what CVS will have in the upcoming weeks?

Does anyone know if CVS accepts manufacturer coupons with a different store name on it? I seem to have gotten 2 different catalina’s from Kroger for $2 off pampers. They are definitely manufacturer’s coupons, but they say redeemable at Kroger on them. I know my Meijer, Target and Walmart all take these types of manufacturer coupons no matter what store is listed, but I’m very new to CVS shopping. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Bobby – iheartcvs.com often has scans of the ads for upcoming weeks!

Albana – basically, you’ll pay $8.97 for a pack of diapers (less if you have a coupon) and then you’ll have $3 in “Extra bucks” print off on your receipt. You can use that on almost anything in the store – including a second pack of diapers! Since the limit is 2, you can do this deal twice. (Of you can just buy two packs of diapers at once, and $6 in rewards will print for you.)

    Transaction #1 – buy diapers & reeive $3 ECB
Transaction #2 – buy diapers, use $3 ECB from Tran #1 plus receive $3 ECB
Can I give the $3 ECB to my husband to use with his CVS card or is the ECB only valid with my CVS card?

The ECBs will be tied to your card, so you won’t be able to use them with your husband’s card.

For anyone not familiar with shopping at CVS, I’d encourage you to read through the FAQs here:

MGD- My store had TONS of candy tagged for this spend $10 get $3 sale, including packs of gum, candy bars by the register, and just about all of the regular candy bags. I’m fairly sure you’ll find a bag of Skittles that counts. ALSO, I did the candy deal twice, but my last receipt shows that I can still do it again, so the limit is more than 2.

Kim- I’m betting this upcoming Pampers diaper deal WILL include Baby Dry, because this ad scan just says “Jumbo pack diapers or Easy-Ups.”

I just received a $4/$20 cvs via email, yey! Planning on using that towards the Bayer meter and Colgate that will be on sale ($3.99, $3.99 ecb), OOP $0.83 and earn $5 ecb (bayer) + $3.99 ecb (colgate). Here’s my scenario:

    Buy Bayer meter @ $14.99
    Buy Colgate @ $3.99
    = $18.98 + $1.84tax
    =$20.82
    Use $4/$20 cvs coupon
Use $30 off Bayer (RP 10/25/09) (will subtract $14.99)
    Use $1/1 Colgate (SS 03/07/10)
    OOP $0.83
    Earn $8.99 ECB ($5 Bayer, $3.99 Colgate)

I too loooooove your blog, Tara!!!!
    = $18.98 + $1.84tax
    =$20.82

SS 10/25/09 or buy it on eBay or any coupon sites… There’s a link here on DSM, click on Coupons on the toolbar at the top of this page.

I was just in CVS tonight and they had Mega packs of Pampers Cruisers on sale for $8.99 (usually $17.99) in the clearance aisle. I think its because of the new dry-max Cruisers that Pampers has introduced since these were the older version of Cruisers.
