CVS: SoyJoy April Monthly Deal (Possible Money Maker)

April 5, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski 8 Comments

CVS has a monthly ECBs deal going for April on SoyJoy Bars. I know you either love these bars or hate them (personally I love the Mango Coconut), but they’re great for donating too.

SoyJoy Bars, $1.29 (clearance $0.65 some stores)
Get $2 ECBs wyb 4 (Limit 5)

B2G1 SoyJoy Single Bars, exp. 4-30-10 (SS 03/14/10)

Suggested Scenario

Buy (6) SoyJoy Bars at $0.65 ea.
Use (2) B2G1 coupons
As low as $0.15 ea.after coupons and ECBs!

You can repeat this scenario a total of three more times over the next month to roll the ECBs from the first transaction and turn this into a money maker!

There’s plenty of time to order some coupons from eBay or a coupon clipping service to take advantage of this.

Tara is that B1G1 or B2G1 coupon in your scenario? You’ve posted two different ones… Thx!

Q: can you use any other coupon in conjunction (I.e. $1/1) with a B2G1 as you would with a B1G1 coupon

Im thinking the same thing, Elena. I know my store will allow it!
I’ve done it in the past with no issues.

Oops, thanks for pointing that out — it’s B2G1.

Yes, you could use two $1/1 coupons, but I’m not aware of any that will work in this instance.

It’s funny you mention the love/hate relationship on these bars-I am down to my last six from the ecb deal they had in January. I hate them :) But they were free and under 150 calories so I suck it up and chow down lol. But I will admit the mango coconut is decent-saw that they have a new blueberry out so keeping my fingers crossed!

I don’t know if it is me or what but these are the worst tasting bars in the world. To bad they aren’t any good.

Thanks Tara! They had the berry and the mango ones on clearance at mine, the strawberry was regular price. Luckily my bro will eat anything, so I give it to him to pack on his morning commute!

I know that these don’t taste real good co I dip them in yogurt. Not bad but I was thinking about getting them and sending them to Haiti with my church container we are sending.

Hey there — nice to meet you!
