Im sure many of you signed up for the free sample of kotex. I received mine in less than 2 weeks! Included with the samples is 2 $1 coupons. Walmart has kotex liners for $1 and so I got 2 FREE!

You can also use the candy coupon at Wal-Mart. Their candy at the checkout is $.50 so you not only get the candy for free, but you get a $.05 overage.

I tried to use 2 coupons on a BOGO deal once at CVS and they said that wasn’t allowed because you’re getting one completely free so there’s only one left you can apply one coupon to.

Anyone else have the same experience?

I’m not seeing this deal as being free…To me it looks like the candy should be .45 and the pads should be .49….Maybe I’m missing something??

Jennifer – the candy is 2/$1 so you can use two $0.55 coupons one on each and the kotex are bogo for $1.49 so you can use a coupon on both the one you pay for and the free one and get them both for free :)

Am I the only one who sees the humor in getting chocolate and Kotex free on the same week? LOL

LOL!!! I didn’t even think of that, Brenda, but it’s the perfect combo! Especially because I crave that salty sweet combination . . .

Okay…So I did the Kotex thing at CVS and mine rang up for .49 cents…So now I’m really confused to how you guys are getting them free…I used a $1 off Kotex coupon…What did I do wrong?

Didn’t do the chocolate thing…Does it beep if the total is more than the product?

Oh, I’m so annoyed that the CVS I hit up on Sunday had it’s scanner removed, so I couldn’t check to see if the BOGO was all packaged up as one (it was a twinpack of 20ct boxes), or if it was buy one twinpack get one twinpack free. If it’s the latter, then I totally missed out on 40 free liners. Grr.

    LOL! Much appreciated.

Jennifer, you could have used two coupons on your purchase because CVS accepts coupons on the free products as well. You then likely could have used the overage towards another item.

If that isn’t appropriate! Sanitary napkins and chocolate….maybe they should be in the same aisle, the boost in sales would be immediate.

Do they for sure do the overage thing? What about the .5 cents over on the candy?

the lgihtdays are technically liners. so you can use 2 of the 75 cent off coupon on the bogo sale making both free. I am not sure if you might or might not get a bit of overage if you use 2 x $1 off coupons. i have not done that since one coupon says pads and the other liners myself.

the candy coupons will eventually beep to be adjusted on the last coupon the register will take. FYI

At my CVS in Michigan they had a twin box of Kotex liners for $1.49 and it was BOGO so I’ll really get 4 boxes for free.
