Just wondering if the Beauty Books are still available. I’ve looked at my CVS in the past, but haven’t been able to find them. Any suggestions on where (in the store) they may be? Thanks!

I’ve always found them on a rack with the weekly ads, so check around there. You could ask a cashier if he or she has seen any as well.

I had to ask several employees where they were located (including some managers!) before someone said “I think you mean this…” and found them on a random shelf near the nail polish. Go figure. It is actually a magazine that costs ~$1 and Kate Hudson is currently on the cover.

    Hope that helps.

Our Gillette shampoo and conditioner are NOT on sale for $4.99; they are $5.99. I didn’t realize this until AFTER I bought two, and ended up paying $1 each after ECBs (which I should never have to pay for shampoo!). Just warning everyone to check the price first in case yours aren’t on sale!

Here in MN our Mylanta is 6.99 and our Gillette shampoo is 5.99. Bummer!

On the bottom of every receipt I’ve gotten back this month it says that I’ve purchased 1 energy shot, but still have 1 left to purchase???!!! It DOES NOT say limit reached? I asked the check out gal about it and she said then I can get another, but everywhere says the limit is one? Has anyone else noticed this on their receipts? I’d love to go do the deal again, but don’t want if it’s going to be a hassle…

And just to double check, the gillette gamer razor is a weekly deal for the whole month of Feb.? So, I could have gotten one per week free?

I just checked SlickDeals, and the Energy Shots are reportedly a limit of 2 now. Thanks for letting me know!

As far as the Gillette Gamers, it appears that there’s a weekly limit on them at this time.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
