    When I want that devilish cupcake or cookie, I reach for my favorite cheesecake flavor and it satisfies my sweet tooth. It’s healthy and saves on the calories! I look forward to receiveing you e-mails because of all the great ideas and helpful info. Thanks for all your hard work!

    I make lowfat smoothies. I use one container of yogurt, 1 cup of frozen fruit, and 1 1/2 cups of skim milk.
