We love small yogurts to pack on long trips right from the container. However, my daughter and I love to create homemade parfaits with fresh fruits and granola with plain lowfat or vanilla yogurt for a healthy, fun snack that is good for our bones.

I eat yogurt out of the carton, or I like granola in it. I haven’t been much of a yogurt fan in the past, but have tried the vanilla of these, and have to admit they were good.
Thanks

I use it in smoothies and eat it straight out of the container as breakfast. My favorite now is the yogurt in the tubes for the kids. It’s portable and just the right amount to take on the go!!!
