I like to use a graham cracker crust (either make or use premade), freeze a layer of yogurt to form a frozen yogurt type tart and top with fresh blackberries, strawberries or raspberries….I have made this for years and you can make it low calorie- you can even buy a 5 calorie whip cream that is fat free if you really want to indulge! Its easy and good for you!

Mix yogurt with peanut butter and then you can dip apples or other fruits in it. Sounds weird but it is delicious.
