I contacted them because I was charged shipping and she said it expired at noon. I told her that it didn’t say a time on the website when I was checking out that it just said free shipping on all orders today. She tried to tell me that was just an email thing and I told her that I didn’t receive an email it was on her site and I wanted to be refunded the shipping. She said she would take it off but that the offer did expire at noon.

I switched from firefox to internet explorer and it worked (for some reason with firefox a code was already applied)…so woohoo! However, pretty frustrated with the “live chat”…Laurie-Ann did no want to help at all…just said “it expired, sorry.” It isn’t expired because I just did it!! Keep trying girls! :)
