Here’s a yummy recipe to go with it…..
    Cheeseburger Buns
    2 T. yeast
    ½ c. warm water
    ¾ c. warm milk
    ¼ c. sugar
    ¼ c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 t. salt
    3 ½ – 4 c. flour
    1 ½ c. hamburger
    ¼ c. onion
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
    8 slices cheese, quartered

Dissolve yeast in water. Add milk, sugar, shortening, egg, salt and 2 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Add enough flour to form a soft dough and knead 4-6 minutes. Allow to rise for 1 hour.
Brown beef and onion. Add sauce and remove from heat.
Punch dough down. Divide into 16 pieces. Roll each piece into a 5” circle. Top with 3 T. beef mixture and 2 pieces of cheese. Allow to rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 for 8-12 minutes.

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
