    This is my favorite recipe for Queso. Take a block of velveeta and cut it into chunks, then pour about a cup of any kind of salsa in and microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth. Sooo Good! Sometimes to make a dinner of it we crunch up taco shells, pile on some taco seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes and top with the Queso and some sour cream. Even better!
