Sorry about that — it should be working now!

Thank you for everyone’s support. With the 30% off coupon, it’s an even better deal (many of the included items are NOT coupons and are full products) and we are not keeping a penny.

As soon as you purchase you should have seen a link that you click on that shows you everything in your order. We also send you an email that is your receipt. You shouldn’t need to log in anywhere…I promise you this is legitimate.

You can contact us at payments AT trialpay DOT com and somebody will get back to you right away…that way you can send us your email address and we can look up your order and see what happened.

Should the link in my e-mail receipt only take me to trailpay dot com? That’s what it does so I tried to log in to get access to what I bought.

I guess the problem was that I was using safari on my Mac. It’s working fine from a laptop.

I bought it yesterday, and never received an email to link me to anything. My payment already posted to my bank. I can’t find any contact info on their page either to ask questions. I’m a little concerned.

Alli, what is your email address? Did you check your spam folder? As soon as you ordered you should have seen a receipt in your browser, which when you click would show you all the included products. We also send a copy to your email address.

You can write payments AT trialpay DOT com for help.

Thanks so much for letting us know about this. I got it last week at 40% off and used my $10 GC for Papa John’s today in combo with football special they have on Mondays. I scored a large 7 topping pizza for free! And over the weekend I used the $10 GC for shoebuy.com. Please note though that I wasn’t able to use that GC along with the specials sales they had over the weekend, but I still did get a pair of kids Crocs for a little of $12.
