Become a Self Beauty Tester: 2009 Healthy Beauty Awards

Self magazine has put out their annual call for readers interested in testing beauty products for the 2009 Healthy Beauty Awards. They will be selecting 800 people to test out a range of beauty products and submit their opinions to them. If you’d like a chance to participate, just fill out their online tester questionnaire.

I was lucky enough to be selected the last three years in a row, and one year they even sent me two different kinds of items! They send you a range of similar products, and then you give feedback on which one you like the best. I’ve tested face lotions, deep conditioners, self-tanning lotions, and mascaras, and it seems like you generally get a wide range of price points from low-end drugstore brands to high-end department store brands.

I highly recommend taking 3 minutes to submit the form. You just might get some fun products to test out!
