I picked this one up from one of our local salons, and the picture is quite deceiving. The box is probably 3 inches by 3 inches and the three “samples” inside aren’t big enough for one use. At least not for me, I have long hair….not all that it’s cracked up to be. I wouldn’t go out of my way for this one!

Hmm well it is a shame that the box is so small, but there’s another coupon at the same blog listed above for a free hand lotion sample and a club that gets you a free $25 product on your birthday- I just signed up! I figure I’ll pick up the sample pack when I pick up the lotion- the extra coupon makes it worth the trip for me! Thanks for the heads up though! I won’t be disappointed now that I know :)

tried using this, and the girl was very rude and told me if I didn’t have their prefered customer card (which is free though online sign up apparently), I couldn’t use it (even though it says otherwise on the coupon). She even took the time to call corporate and prove I didn’t have a card even though I told her not to worry about it. She wouldn’t let me leave (even blocked the door like I was a thief or something!) until she did that so she could try to humiliate me. It didn’t, but how freaking rude! She even said “nice try, better luck with your next scam”. I’d never even been in the store before! I’m thinking of writing corporate about this. Just a warning to those who want this! Maybe it was my JCPenny bag I was carrying. Too low class for their fancy store!

A week before Christmas, I used this coupon along with the free rosemary mint item. I received a free cup of tea when I entered the store along with a free hand massage. I also received $20.00 off coupon to one of their salons. They were really nice.
