I don’t know what state you’re in, Hillary, but I got mine at Publix today. I didn’t look anywhere else, so I don’t know who else carries them. Works fine, btw.

It appears that the rebate form is no longer available, but I found the Arm & Hammer Neti Pot at my Rite Aid and it had the Rebate Form attached to the box. You might look if you ever go to Rite Aid. Hope that helps! Hillary
