My charge card was billed $19.97. I didn’t receive the $5.00 ebate nor did I receive the 51% to make the subscription $4.97. Do you know what I may have done wrong?

what do you have to do to get ebates to pay out? I can’t find a link and I’ve been on since november watching my totals increase but haven’t gotten a check so I guess it’s not quarterly? What am I doing wrong?
