I’m having trouble finding the Goody coupon (after looking through the coupons from 3 different papers on that day.) Was this just a regional coupon, or could the reference be wrong?

No Excedrin menstrual money maker as a possibilty starting on 2/21 at Walgreens as previously posted? Maybe it’s only certain area(s) of the country. Thank you for the other match-ups, it’s nice to catch them early, especially since I haven’t been out to purchase the early edition paper.

Thought someone may like to know, the Goodys coupon mentioned in the deals is not for hair products. It’s for Goodys headache powders. I’m not sure if this southern product has made it’s way to the midwest yet, but this is like powdered asprin, not hair bands. :)

In the Jan/Feb Weight Watchers magazine there is a $5/3 Listerine/Reach products coupon. Would make them $2.13 a bottle.

Sorry about that, everyone. Yes, the Excedrin money maker should be working. And thanks for letting me know about the Goody’s coupon.

Are the RRs the same as CVS bucks? You use them like cash? I don’t shop Walgreens often but want to get the Excedrin and am not sure what to do with the RRs.

For the razor deal, will the Bic B1G1 free coupons that expire on 2/21 work for these(disposable)?

briggite, yes the register rewards are like CVS’s Extra Care Bucks. they usually expire sooner than the CVS ones do though, but since Walgreens doesn’t have cards to scan, they dont track your purchases, so you can get more than one deal (of one product) that gives RR, in seperate transactions.

Thank You Tara, I was looking for something like that but was only seeing the new to couponing link lol. The RRs seem too difficult for me to figure out, I love the CVS bucks. I have such a headache right now that I think I am going to skip Walgreens for now, lol.

For the Venus razor & olay — isn’t there also a coupon for a free venus razor when you buy an olay body wash? Can you use the free razor coupon and the free body wash coupon in the same transaction? I thought I read this somewhere but now I can’t find it.

Oh, good catch, Jennifer! I’ll add it to the list, but you can’t use them together on the same purchase. It gives you more choices on how to configure your transaction though.

The last time I used a coupon that was $/2, it attached to both items and I couldn’t use any extra RRs. So I am wondering if the Buy Venus Get Body Wash coupon is going to attach to both the razor and that wash, and prevent us from using the Venus coupon as well. Anyone know? Also, for the Olay rebate, can you buy the washes in 3 seperate transactions?

Has anyone tried the Excedrin Menstrual complete deal? I went to Wags this morning and there was no sale tag under it or no RR red tag. Maybe they just didn’t tag it? I’d love to know if someone got it so I can go back and do it. Thanks!

There is a great coupon in today’s (P&G brand) paper… its a 4.00 of any two Gillette body wash or deo. Wal-Greens has b1g1 this week on the Gillette brand. This would be a nice freebie. :o)

    Colleen,

I did the excedrin menstrual today. There was no sale tag or RR tag either but it rang up as $2.50 and I got the $2 RR

    Colleen,

I also did the Excedrin menstrual deal twice today, in 2 separate transactions. It rang up at $2.50, I used my $2 coupons.com coupon, paid $.50 and got a $2 RR. The only issue I had was that my cashier would not allow me to use a RR from last week to pay for the first one, since I had used a manufacturer coupon, even though I had filler items. Not sure what was going on there, but I didn’t fuss about it since the RR I was trying to use doesn’t expire till next week.

Just to remind everyone that there are 2 different ads every week for walgreens. Most of the country has the “long ad”. I know that Wyoming and Colorado (and other mid western states) only get the “short ad”) Our short ad this week is only 8 pages long and no, we don’t have the Excedrin menstrual deal or the Gillette body wash . Sometimes our wags will offer these deals unadvertised though. I was told the reason for the different ads was b/c we are the “testing area”.

Tamara’s right — the Excedrin Menstrual deal is an unadvertised monthly deal that happens to capitalize on a great sale this week. I believe it should be working at all stores, but it may not be marked on the shelves.

Cat had posted about the Gillette body wash being B1G1 but it’s on sale 3/10$ at my Wags. Is there a diffrerent size or something??

I bought a benefiber that was on sale for $9.99 and used a $2 off coupon then I got the coupon for the free 18ct stick pack. So I did a seperate transaction for just the benefiber 18ct. stick pack and used the coupon from the 1st transaction and didn’t have to pay anything and it printed out another coupon for a free 18 ct. stick pack. I guess you could keep using it to get free 18 ct. packs for free.

All 3 wags in my area are out of venus razors (and cvs!) and none have reordered despite it being a deal all month. I hate Boston sometimes!

@cat or anyone… I don’t see Gillette BOGO anywhere out here or even a sale. What gives?
