Does anyone know why this code won’t work? I also got the ‘sorry’ message on both of my accounts (I have 2 separate ones). How can we get Shutterfly to accept this code?

Expiration date clarification- I e-mailed Shutterfly about the expiration date. They said there is a glitch in the system and the actual expiration date for the $15 credit is 12/23/09.

Ok, I emailed their customer service and here is the email they sent back explaining why it doesn’t work for everyone:

On checking your account, I do not find ‘FIFTEEN off’ promotion in the account. Special offers will be applied only if they are listed in ‘My special offers’ section of your account.
We like to inform that the offer in reference is a account specific offer. To avail this offer you have to receive a promotion email directly from Shutterfly. If you have received the promotional email regarding the offer, kindly copy and paste the entire promotion email, as we do not have an option to view attachments.
