If you’re been a long-time reader, you might remember that one of my bloggy New Year’s Resolutions was to create more vlogs for my site. Unfortunately, I haven’t kept this resolution very well, but thanks to WalletPop, I’ll be able to share new videos on at least a monthly basis!

Check out my brand new feature, Watch Me Score! on WalletPop.

Please note if you’re reading this in a feed reader or via email, you may need to click through to the original post to view the episode.

These were all deals that I scored using the Target deals I posted for the week of 7/26/09. Be sure to check out the current Target Weekly Deals so you can score your own bargains!

Stay tuned for future episodes at other stores covered here on Deal Seeking Mom . . .

Love the video! It looks so professional, I’d swear you were doing a news story for the local news!

That was fun to watch! I have too been wanting to do vlogs, but finding a quiet (clean..shhh) spot in my house with my kids is nearly impossible! I need a video team to follow me around shopping, now that would be cool!

that was VERY cool. I wouldn’t WANT anyone following. You look glamourous. I look SERIOUS and sort of mean when I shop (because I am CONCENTRATING). What’s even worse is when I wear my iPod and start singing….

Nonetheless, you looked like you should be on TV :)

You look fabulous! Just like a newscaster, someone should seriously hire you to do a regular bit on a tv show. WTG!!

    Thanks, everyone!

Bianca, that was the regular price of the trial size packs, but the coupon I used is expired now. You may be able to find other coupons to use instead as long as they don’t indicate that they’re not valid on trial sizes.

Bonnie, the video should load in the post above. Here’s the direct link though.

YMMV but the trial packs contain a 7/1 coupon that can be used on them.

I’ve only had one cashier refuse to do so b/c he didn’t know how to k1 or manually adjust the price and didn’t believe me when I tried to teach him.

    Great job Tara!

I wish I looked that together when I’m trying to remember all the deals ( I cut up a bunch of IP coupons to use & then the item wasn’t in stock until after they expired—now I wait to cut them up)
& I always wondered what the J&J first aid kit looked like, I could only find the big ones
    thanks!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
