    RR, right? xD

    Reynolds Aluminum Foil (20-sq. ft.), $0.89 (w/ in-ad coupon)
$0.55/1 Reynolds Wrap Foil, exp. 6-13-09 (SS 4/19/09)

Isn’t this coupon for the recycled foil? If so, it wouldn’t work.

Oh, and it’s not just the 1.5 oz baby powder that’s giving out RR. It’s most {or all} of them. The 4 oz is priced at 1.99, so after coupon & register rewards, it’d be free. Not a MM, but good if you want a bigger size. xD

I found a great deal at Walgreen’s today. They’re selling Organix shampoo and conditioner (all scents) on sale for $6.99 along with a BOGO offer. There were also those little Try Me Free mail-in-rebate tags hanging on the bottles. I paid $6.99 + tax for both a shampoo and conditioner, and now I’m filling out my MIR form to get $6.99 back for one of them. SWEET!

I also saw Vitamin shampoo and conditioner BOGO sale at Walgreen’s as well, but I didn’t see the Try Me Free tags on those bottles like some people have found at CVS and other places. Does anyone know if it would be possible to BOGO at Walgreen’s and still use the Try Me Free tags from CVS to get the rebate?

My sister in law has an HE washer and uses half the amount regular detergent instead of buying the more expensive HE brands. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Adriana! I don’t have the Reynolds coupon, but the coupon database I got it from doesn’t specify that it’s for the recycled.

I believe the Purex sheets are HE compatible.

Just out of curiousity – what is a coupon database, and which one do you use?

It lists all the unexpired newspaper coupons, and you can find them on forums like afullcup.com, slickdeals.net, or hotcouponworld.com.

If you’re a fan of CVS I would hold onto the $4 Gillette Fusion Razor coupon from 6/7/9 paper and use it there because at CVS it ends up being free versus paying 2.99 at Wags.

At CVS: Gillette Fusion Razor $7.99
    $4 ECB
    use $4 mfr Q = FREE

Be careful using a non-HE detergent in an HE washer. It’s not the amount of detergent, it’s the suds that can mess up your washer. The HE detergents do not produce the suds like non-HE does and the HE washers are not made to handle it. My brother and SIL ruined theirs by using small amount of non-He detergent, it overworked the pump and burned it out. The regular detergents still produce too many suds even if you use less. The HE detergents cost the same and I found that I can about half the amount.

Where do you find out about the monthly RR deals? I can’t find them anywhere on the Walgreens website. Will the Dove deal work on the individual bars of soap like it did a few months ago?

Ella, the monthly deals are mainly from forums that have awesome users that figure this stuff out and share it. Pretty sure it’s not working on the individual bars, but if you try it and it does, please let me know!

Ok, still new to this coupon world. Only week 3 for me. Walgreens has BOGO on cover girl products and the paper had coupons for $1/1 and $2/2 cover girl products. Can I use that all together and how does that figure out?

Heather, you can use one manufacturer’s coupon per item purchased, so if you buy one and a second at half off, you can use two coupons.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I bought two bags of Mars M&Ms (with the Transformer Ms on the front) that were on sale 2/$5, used one of the $1/2 Mars 9.5-oz bags or larger coupons from last week’s paper, and got $1 RR back as advertised *PLUS* the receipt printer also spat out a coupon for 5 free 4×6 digital prints at the Walgreens photo lab. The coupon has “Thank you for your purchase of Snicker’s brand and M&M’s brand chocolate candies.” written underneath the 5 free prints caption and has pictures of a regular-sized Snicker’s bar and a regular-sized package of M&M’s. Obviously the 2/$5 large bag deal will make this coupon print; but does anyone know if this coupon prints based on dollar amount or quantity?

Hmm, I don’t know, Dean. I just checked the SlickDeals thread with all of the monthly RRs listed, and it doesn’t specify. If it’s not working, I’ll take it off the list when I update the deals tomorrow.
