30% off Everything During Old Navy’s 2-Day Super Sale, 1/29-1/30

January 27, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski 34 Comments

Old Navy 30% Off Two-Day Sale

There won’t be any new coupons on OldNavyWeekly.com until Sunday this week because Old Navy is hosting a 2-Day Super Sale. This Friday and Saturday (1/29-1/30) only, get 30% off everything at Old Navy. Yes, everything! You won’t need any coupons, either. Just stop by and get 30% off everything you buy.

Don’t forget that you can buy ahead of time and get a price adjustment to make sure your favorite items aren’t sold out before you get there. Here are the guidelines that some of the awesome Deal Seeking Mom readers shared with us before Christmas:

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to have a one-time price adjustment made.
  • Yes, you can absolutely buy these items ahead of time and have them price adjusted on the day of the sale.
  • Company policy prohibits the use of coupons when doing a price adjustment, so if you have a coupon, use it on your initial purchase.

What are you hoping to pick up during this fabulous sale?

Do we get an adjustment if we got deals on the clearance items?

yes there was a mail out for 25% off Jan 28-31. Can you use that at time of purchase and then go back day of sale and get the additional 30% off adjustment? Which would make it 55% off total. Not sure if that would work?

Kate, I was wondering the same thing. I got a 25% off card in the mail when I use my credit card, but I’m not sure if I can use it along with the 30%. It would be awesome if I could, so any other info would be great!

I wonder if we can combine with the $10 off $50 coupon from the website?

It appears to me this extra 25% off will work…I think I’ll call my ON store to be sure. I didn’t get a card in the mail-will want to know if I need the actual card. Thanks for the tip!

Kelcie, I just called customer service and they told me if you bought the item on sale/clearance it’s considered a promo so you cannot do the price adjustment.

According to the Old Navy website regarding the 25% for cardholders it says you cannot combine with any other discounts snd there will be no price adjustments. I would love to know if I can adjust the atuff I bought this week on clearance to the 30% off though if anyone finds out for sure!

Wish I’d known about the 14 day presale period… :( I totally missed out on a winter coat I REALLY wanted cuz I waited till Black Friday to get it 50% off. They had it the previous weekend in my size in the color I wanted, but it was GONE by that Friday… ;(

Zeidie – if you want that coat they might be able to locate it in another store. I wanted a sweatshirt but they didn’t have my size so I asked the lady up front and they looked on their computer and found one for me in another state and had it shipped to me.

So let me get this straight,
If I go to Old Navy today and use a 20% off coupon then go back tomorrow I will get an additional 30% off my total?

No you cannot combine % off coupons, you can never do this. In fact most stores will not allow you to combine $ off coupons and % coupons – Kohls is the only one I know of that allows this. Even Kohls will not allow you to combine % off coupons though.

I have been able to combine % off coupons before on oldnavy’s website when I have bought some babygap and some old navy. They let you combine because technically the % off’s are for diff. stores. I called customer service and NO they will not allow you to combine the 25% and the 30%…boo

hey guys, i work at old navy and this is what my manager said–you cannot combine ANY discount with the 30% off. no rewards coupons (or coupons in general), no ON cardholder 25% off, no % off for when you sign up for an ON card. Nothing. Just the 30% off. However, we will be giving $10 coupons for Old Navy card users and those who sign up for Old Navy cards during the 30% off promotion. I think this is intended for one per Old Navy card user but maybe you could get a couple of these (one per transaction.. not right after the other of course). Just a thought.

Of course, if you would rather use your rewards coupons, I believe you can but you won’t be getting the 30% off in addition.

I talked to the manager of my local ON store regarding this and this is what she said…They will NOT be doing price adjustments for this 30% off sale. Cardholders can get 25% off during the days that coupon is valid…during the 2 day 30% off sale, the 25% does not apply but cardholders will get a $10 payback. Not sure if this applies to every ON, but that’s the story in MT.

What do you mean by $10 coupon? Is it like the rewards card where you can just buy something for $10 and then get it free? Or is there a minimum amount you have to spend?

According to Kelly the modelquin on Facebook, the “$10 coupon” is actually a giftcard that you can’t use until Feb.1.

Wrong on the discouts and price adjustment! I went to Old Navy today to get my price adjustment on a lot of stuff I bought yesterday and used a 20% coupon off on. They told me I could only use one discount, either the 20% or the new 30%. Just an FYI, they won’t do both!

Just a heads-up. I bought my items yesterday (Thursday, 1/28) and when I went back today (without my items – just my receipt), they told me that “usually” they require you to bring your back of items, return the items via the computer, then they put the items back out on the shelves and you have to go around and collect them, and then you can re-buy them. Everything I’ve read from the emails/this blog say this isn’t the way it’s supposed to be…the clerk gave me a “one time courtesy price adjustment” but she said that is their rule. I live in San Diego…

Ditto Kim…I used a 15% off coupon on Thursday…went back for my 30% off – and only would use one coupon. I opted (duh!) for the 30% off one.

I called my old navy last night and the manger said they were not allowed to do price adjustments on this sale. I bought a lot of clearance stuff on Wednesday and one pair of regular priced yoga pants. I think I prob got a better deal then, b/c the clearance was an additional 50% off and I also got to use an oldnavyweekly coupon.

Same here… I had a really hard time getting a price adjustment tonight on stuff I bought earlier in the week. I stated that I though the price adjustment period was for 14 days and they said not for this sale… I put up more of a stink and then they finally agreed to the price adjustment… 39.00 back!
