$10 off Tinker Bell Blu-ray/DVD Combo Coupon

October 25, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 55 Comments

Tinker Bell Coupon - Tinkerbell Coupon
I have a 5-year-old daughter that adores Tinker Bell, so the new Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure DVD that is released on Tuesday is on my Christmas list. Disney really seems to be promoting their new Blu-ray/DVD combo packs with coupons lately, which is fine by me since we can use both versions.

Tinker Bell is no exception — use this $10 off Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure printable to save on the combo pack! I’m guessing these should be priced around $19.99, so this coupon will make the movie half off.

Thanks, Couponers United!

There are also a couple of rebates you can pair with this deal to make it even sweeter!

$5 MIR wyb the movie plus:

— any (2) participating Kernel Seasons Products
-and/or-
— any Tinker Bell book or game from LeapFrog

Thanks, Kerri and Shelley!

Erika, it’s for a DVD/Blu-ray combo pack — you get both discs.

Thanks for the rebates! I’ll add them to the post so no one misses them.

Guess I’ll be checking Wal-Mart again! They had Snow White the cheapest and I got it, with my coupon, for $9.99. Thanks for this coupon also!

My 5-year old daughter will be so excited! She loves Tinker Bell and was planning to use her birthday money to buy the movie…now she’ll be able to stretch it a little further. :)

I don’t know what the sale price at Kmart will be, but when you buy the movie and a Tinkerbell doll you save $10 instantly on your shopping order. Best Buy is offering a free Tinkerbell book when you buy the movie, but I don’t think they would take this coupon, right?

If you reserve a copy at TRU, you get a free photo album. Then if you buy $40 in fairies stuff you get a free tinkerbell lantern. So I am going to buy the bluray and the tinkerbell leapster game. $47 total. Use the $10 movie q and there was a $5 leapster game q in the Woman’s Day magazine. So total is $32 then I get the photo album and lantern for free and qualify for the leapfrog $5 rebate! Not bad, I think.

    Chantel,
I don’t believe the Blu Ray will count as part of the $40 to get the latern. They did something similar when Snow White was released, I aske the cashier if it would count towards the $25 purchase so I could recive a free snow white toy, and I was told No. I went and scanned it at the price checker and the promotion didnt come up. But when I scanned a snow white doll it did. I would assume its gonna be the same for Tinkerbell.

Well on the website it lists it as a special on the dvd. So I would think it would be the same in the store. Doesn’t hurt to try!

The Combo pack will go towards the $40. It is even listed in their ad towards the free lantern. Here is my scenario (and I know it will work because I did the EXACT same thing with the Snow White DVDs):

I pre-ordered 2 Tinkerbell Movies (21.99 each). I will get 2 free photo albums ($5.99 value) just for pre-ordering. Then I will buy the lantern.

21.99*2 = $43.98 – 2-$10 coupons = $23.98. So I get 2 movies, 2 photo albums, and a lantern for that price. I will give the others as gifts or sell them. LOVE TRU!!! :-)

BTW Erika – seems like the TRU person told you wrong last time. I was able to Buy only 1 Snow White DVD/Blu Ray and get the free baking set free (did it 3 times). The reason I was able to only buy 1 is because the regular price on the DVD was $29.99, which tricked the system to think it was a $25 total. The total for the free item does not go off until they hit total so just scanning them will not work. Have them hit total and that should take the price off your free item.

I just checked my email and I got coupons for Wednesday Night 5-9pm from Toys R Us. There is a coupon for $20 off when you buy Tinker Bell and Snow White Blu Ray. Does anyone know of any Snow White coupons to pair with the Toys R Us coupon.

My printer broke over the weekend so I can’t print out the Tinkerbell coupon. Could someone please print it out for me and mail it to me? I would of course pay for postage. Please email me at [email protected].

    Thanks so much!

At the WalMart in Plano Tx, the Blu Ray/DVD combo pack was $30 but the DVD alone was 19.96 and the $10 coupon worked on the DVD one.

The Toys R Us I went to counted the Snow White dvd purchase amount towards getting the free baking set that was offered at the time. The cashier didn’t “push” anything through, no smoke and mirrors, the computer must have been set up for it to count, after all, it was a Disney princess item. Any way, I can only assume that it should be the same to qualify for the free lantern. Plus the Tinker Bell dvd is pictured along with the rest of the items that would qualify towards the $40.00 amount, same as the Snow White dvd was pictured with other qualifying items for the baking set that was offered the week Snow White came out.

Walmart (St. Louis area) was the MOST expensive today. The coupon is only for the Blu Ray combo pack. So you cannot use it on the $15 regular DVD. But any Blu Ray is a combo pack. Disney is now producing their Blu Ray DVD’s to also include the regular DVD in it so you have more options. It is awesome they do that since we watch movies on trips in the car and can’t use Blu Ray’s in the car. Anyway, Walmart today was $29.99. I was shocked! We went to Best Buy and got the free book plus they were offering another $10 off if you buy Snow White or Sleeping Beauty. We didn’t have either so we picked one. Got all of it basically for $25 total!

I am amazed Target is selling the regular DVD with the coupon. It does say Blu Ray only. Good deal for you. But do keep in mind… the Blu Ray has two disks in it so you can use it for a regular DVD player and then if/when you get a Blu Ray then you have it and don’t have to buy another one. Our DVD player broke out of the blue and we bought one… it is amazing the quality difference! Plus, we can put the regular DVD in the car.

FYI, my cashier at Meijer was very snarky about taking the $10 coupon… The cashier called her manager over and told me “I have serious doubts that a ten dollar printable coupon could possibly be legit.” When she scanned it she got a message that said something about it not being available or something.

The manager couldn’t get it to scan but looked it over and said it was obviously real and just put in a ten dollar deduction off my total. Then he said he was going to take the coupon to research where it came from to come up with a way for cashiers to handle it in the future. But it was a bit frustrating. However, I have the DVD Combo pack now (although I do not have a Blu Ray player, hahaha!)

Coupon worked like a charm today for me at WM on the DVD. No beeps, no issues at all. $19.99 here in Iowa, but still a cheap $10 Christmas gift. We rarely see the same good prices as other parts of the country. Thanks Dawn for the tip to give it a whirl.

For those of you that have Giant Eagle grocery stores nearby. Take the coupon there. They are only 21.99 for blu-ray and dvd combo and you then take the 10.00 coupon off. Pretty cool, glad the target next door was out as I saved a couple extra bucks walking around getting my groceries.

The Walmart near my job accepted the coupon on the regular Dvd!! So I only paid $5.85 because it was marked down from $19.96 to $14.44 less the coupon! :)
